- Planned and developed an internal-only AI chat bot trained on company data. Vetted and tested several different LLM’s for speed and accuracy, ultimately releasing as a Teams app. Also researched and planned deployment of other various AI tools used across the company.

- Designed and implemented a new ticketing system for internal teams, streamlining processes, reducing ticket resolution times, and improving SLA adherence, while boosting customer satisfaction scores and driving greater ticket deflection through automation and self-resolution capabilities.

- Identified and implemented automation across key processes, including onboarding/offboarding, role-based access controls, system monitoring, patch management, and reporting, leading to improved efficiency and a significant reduction in manual workloads.

- Directed cross-functional teams through the SOC 2 and ISO 27001 auditing and certification process, successfully achieving these certifications for the first time in the organization's history.

Highlights:

- Manage day to day operations within a multitude of applications and environments between several physical locations and the cloud for an international workforce.

- Migration of local domain functions and workloads to Azure cloud offerings, while preparing the framework for a zero-trust environment by integrating Azure & Okta SSO and IDP solutions.

- Implemented Intune with conditional access policies for better remote management of company assets and data to allow for more secure WFH capabilities.

- Replaced local device imaging solution with cloud-based AutoPilot program that allows for secure configuration and remote administration.

- Responsible for all physical, virtual and cloud-based servers, networking and assets. This includes the entire lifecycle of architecture and design, as well as implementation and configuration all the way through to support, backups and maintenance.

- Involved with the integration of Discovery Benefits under the Wex family of companies as a critical technical resource.

Media Messages Backup is a simple Android app that helps you save images and videos from SMS and MMS conversations to a folder you choose. You can browse conversations with media, preview attachments, back up entire threads or selected messages, and preserve original timestamps so your saved files stay organized. It is built for local backups, with no account, no analytics, and no cloud service required.

Highlights:

- Back up photos and videos from SMS and MMS conversations.

- Filter by media type, date range, and received-only messages.

- Run one-time or scheduled backups with duplicate detection.

It's My Day

It's My Day is an offline-first Android planner for students that brings classes, homework, to-do lists, notes, and journaling into one encouraging space. It is designed to make busy school days feel more organized while keeping personal planning data on the device.

- Organize class schedules, homework, and calendar plans in one app built for everyday student routines.

- Stay on top of responsibilities with to-do lists, priorities, and progress-friendly task tracking.

- Reflect and reset with notes, journaling, mood check-ins, and a privacy-focused offline design.

For educational purposes, I maintain a home network that allows me to test and utilize enterprise software.

Highlights:

- Recent shift to using local LLM's and AI tools for image and video generation, music creation, and coding.

- Virtualized environment running on top of a multi-node Proxmox cluster.

- Separate Windows and Linux server stacks.

- Domain controllers, DNS servers, SCCM server, SQL servers, VPN server, replicated file servers, many other virtual servers and Kubernetes/Docker containers.

- Automation in place for frequent tasks and monitoring of systems, usually achieved with Powershell, Bash or Python.

Additive Manufacturing

A hobby that has brought about experience in precise 3D design, modeling and production.

Highlights:

- Printer farm running through VM's on Linux stack, with remote access, remote control and live video feed.

- Mechanical and script-based capture and automated production of timelapse media.
