Privacy Policy

Your planner should stay yours.

This privacy policy describes how the It's My Day Android application handles data. Based on the current app configuration, the app is designed to work offline and does not request internet access. Planner information such as schedules, homework, notes, and journal entries is stored locally on the device.

No account required The app does not require sign-in to use core planner features.
No internet permission The Android manifest does not declare network access for the app.
Local storage only Planning data is intended to stay on the device unless the user exports or backs it up independently.

Information the app stores

It's My Day stores planner-related information that you create inside the app, including items such as class schedules, homework, to-do lists, notes, journal entries, reminders, and app preferences. This information is used to provide the app's planning features and is stored locally using on-device app storage.

Because the app is designed for offline use, this information is not sent to a remote analytics service or cloud account by the app itself.

Permissions the app requests

The current Android manifest declares the following permissions to support reminders and custom sounds:

  • READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and READ_MEDIA_AUDIO to access custom audio files for reminder sounds.
  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS to show reminder and alert notifications.
  • SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM and USE_EXACT_ALARM to schedule timely reminders.
  • VIBRATE to support vibration feedback for reminders and alerts.
  • RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED to restore reminder scheduling after the device restarts.

What the app does not do

  • It does not declare the Android INTERNET permission in the current manifest.
  • It does not require a user account to create or view planner content.
  • It is not configured to send your planner entries to a remote server as part of normal use.
  • It is not built around advertising or third-party analytics based on the current project configuration.

Security and device access

The app includes a lock screen feature intended to help protect access to your planner content on the device. Like any mobile application, protection also depends on your device security settings, including screen lock, backups, and who can physically access the device.
